We will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures in front of a consumer arbitration board within the scope of Art. 36 Law on Settlement of Consumer Disputes (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - VSBG). It is not a mandatory requirement to undergo ADR before appealing to an ordinary court.
